CANCELLATION OF A PHONE LINE

We thought that we had cancelled a phone line (043 735...) that we were no longer going to use as we were moving offices and in a different area of East London so could not take the existing number therefore were given a new number (043 721... etc. However since cancelling this said phone number end of August we are still being charged for it yet no calls have been made and there is no phone at the old office. Email exchanges and telephone conversations have got us no where and they are still failing to cancel the line, we have now had enough.
