Very disappointed in the service received when calling Vodacom regarding being charged an extra month for my contract which I had cancelled. I personally went in to the Canal Walk Branch to cancel my contract in Dec 2013 (month prior), I then received a call a week later from Vodacom to confirm they will be cancelling my account. I asked the consultant when my last charge will be and he advised that my last charge for this contract would be beginning Jan 2014. It is now Feb 2014 and they are still charging me for this contract. What is more frustrating is that the consultant I called to rectify the situation continued to argue with me instead of solving the situation.

Competing companies namely Cell C are continuously calling to entice me to get a contract with them and as I have been faithful to Vodacom, for over 10 years, never took any of their offers. Vodacom needs to jack up their service and not give false information as they are going to lose costumers like myself very quickly.

Best of all is that I was going to take a contract out with Vodacom & buy the new iPad Air - I am definitely going to use another provider.
