DONT GO NEAR THEM! UNBELIEVABLE BAD SERVICE

From April 2013 to date a dismal and dreadful display of customer service. Have never been so ignored and rediculed by a company. After 10 emails which are not being replied to i am still waiting for my May and June accounts to be sent to me, this is a very long story but the shocking service from this company needs to be made very public. They simply dont care. They have no customer service whatsoever. This debacle with this company started in April and is still not finalised. We had to cancel a contract because of lack of signal, but i have been overcharged on accounts that they will now NOT give me! How can you be overcharged on contract when the calls could not even be made, yet they will not send me accounts to prove this. Very happy to overcharge and take your money but extremely shoddy in replying to emails and refunding money. Dont go near them, their service is too bad too even start explaining. Lets see if they bother to do anything now.
