INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER / OVERCHARGED

Multichoice debited, in addition to my monthly subscription, an additional R2081.24 from my bank account. They did this to a substantial number of customers at the end of April 2013 and have admitted their mistake. They undertook to reimburse me "same day" (ie 3 May) but despite my many calls, queries, e-mails and their UNDERTAKING to pay me back - they have not done so. Each time I phone, I am fed a different story - it seems the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. In a nutshell, Multichoice havent bothered to reimburse me (the reason is known only to them), they have not bothered to contact me to apologise or to tell me when I will be repaid. They simply do not care that they have been UNJUSTIFIABLY ENRICHED by gorging themselves on my hard earned money and simply put, dont care that their actions have left me out of pocket to the tune of R2081.24 this month. Their customer care is NON EXISTENT and I have been treated like a lepper. The worst treatment I have ever received by any private company in South Africa. I am seriously considering Top TV as an alternate to Multi-dont care-choice.
