Horrible Account Enquiries service from ADT

I received a statement in the mail from ADT. According to the statement I owe ADT money, as oppose to the positive credit that was on my account. With closer inspection I saw that there was a transfer made to my account.
So I tried to contact ADT to inquire as to where the transfer to my account came from. I called customer service who tried to switch me through to the Capetown accounts queries department. This was the start of many dropped phone calls which cost me a lot of money. Every time I will hold and then the call just gets cut off. Explaining this to customer service helped in no way as they just said they cant help with accounts and then tries to put me through to accounts again!! I asked to speak to a supervisor at customer service, which led me to Mr Tinius Cotze. He said that he will investigate and come back to me. I never heard from him again nor was I able to get hold of him again. Even after asking several times for call backs, I received none. Emails to [Email Removed] enjoyed no response!
It is really tragic when a customer cant do a simple thing as to query his account at such a big company as ADT.
