I took out a cellphone contract with cellc in 2008 for 2 years but firstly never got to use the sim card because it was never activated, i continued to pay the monthly subscription, when the contract ended after 2 years cellc continued to deduct money from my account, the staff at cellc seem to have a dont care attitude which stinks, i called in to ask them to give me a refund for the 2 years i continued paying after the contract had ended and was told that you had to send a letter 1 month before your contract ended to cancel the contract which i think is utter nonsense i entered into an agreement for 2 years and nothing more and nothing less and now i get told i need to cancel the contract? cell c was the company that called me to offer a contract i never called them now to pay the money that they have taken for an extra 2 years they have lots of excuses, i will never recommend cell c to anybody and will never ever look at the brand with respect again, the customer service agents really lack service skills really not worth dealing with a company that doesnt appreciate it . utterly shocking the standard of service received no empathy nor do they have any care . dissappointed
