I ordered a product on Groupon SA on the 19th of November 2012, and the money was taken from my Credit Card when the item was purchased.
I have tried calling the call centre on many occasions, however after holding for what seems forever I gave up.
I then sent a mail to them to make a change in delivery address, which they made. however it is now the 29th of April 2013 and after I have sent a few emails, I have been advised that the product was out of stock and they have just gotten some stock in and the product will be sent to me. How do you not let your customers know for 6 months that you dont have this product? I have purchsed this product already after waiting for ages. I sent a mail advising customer service that I dont need this product, however they have not bothered replying. This is horrible service from such a big company!
