They just cant get it right

Hi

I cannot believe that one company can get it so wrong so often.

I have been having the same problem every month for six months now and not one person in this company is competant enough to sort this out.

For some reason the 2 accounts for my 2 numbers have been split. Funny thing is I dont even get any invoices or statements!!

I now thumbsuck or guess what I think the bill is, but even though I pay, all the money getts allocated to one of the numbers. This means that according to Cell C accounts my one account is in arrears constantly

So, every month the number gets blocked and I have to spend an hour on the phone to try to explain to the single digit IQ call operator that I am not in arrears!!

I am so tired of wasting my time and spending my money on faxes and emails to prove I am right
