Veronica, I replied to your response to me d/d 15 Aug 13 (REQ:2532870) but I am still waiting for feedback from you! You have offered apologies sympathies on MTN's bad service, this does NOT sort out the problem unfortunately as it is STILL unresolved! How do you explain MTN notifying my son that he had reached his 2 gigs every month, that he'd not have internet connection until gigs were loaded the following month? Why did Mtn do that if, as you say, he was on an "open" contract? My son has been exploited, an error could've occurred by the Consultant when taking out this Contract, as my son WANTED A SIMILAR Contract to what he had previously ie: "closed @ 2 gigs"! As MTN is doing NOTHING about this and passing the buck, EITHER Mtn "closes" these gigs with immediate effect reverse money he was debited with OR Mtn should cancel this Internet Connection Contract with immediate effect with NO penalties/charges to my son no more further monies due to Mtn. Look back at his history, he was previously on a" 2 gig closed" package! Mtn is certainly NOT trying resolve this problem, the Contract may say "open", this was not asked for, why was it "closed" for the 1st few months until recently?
