Internet supposed "to close" @ 2 gigs!

Our previous complaint with Mtn regarding no coverage was finally dealt with! My son opened a new internet acc with Mtn requested a similar acc that he previously had which is supposed to "close" after 2 gigs have been used, at a cost of R189pm. In Feb his acc was R330; March-R189; April-R189; May-R189; June -R886! When he queried this, they said he was on an "open" package, he insisted there was an error. They advised him to go to his store, check out his Contract, take it further with them. I went to Mtn on 26/7/13 and insisted that this was an error. I felt obliged to pay R1 145-52 as they were going to suspend his internet. The consultant advised me there was nothing he could do, that I should take this up further with Head Office, if this was an error, we could request to "migrate" to a "closed" package, cost of about R60pm. My son called Mtn last week, waste of time..I called Mtn today and spoke to Thabiso who was very sweet. Previously my son was on a 500mgb "closed" contract, this is what he had requested! Supervisor, Rabelani, insisted we GO BACK TO THE STORE to sort this out with them, but the store said we must sort this out with!!! FED UP!! Want a refund "closed" package!
