I replied to Mtn on Hellopeter.com on the 24th August 2013 and have still not had a response! You are not addressing or offering a solution to our problem but keep telling me my son signed the Contract so therefore it is an "open" contract. Veronica, are you aware that maybe, just maybe, your consultant might've made an error and written the wrong package on the actual contract and my son signed this after verbally confirming that this was a "closed" 2 gigs contract?? Your last response mentioned that you tried calling me (once), but nobody has ever tried calling me again!! The same complaint and the same response keeps going backwards and forwards. Absolutely nothing has or is being resolved! I am still waiting for proof of Data Usage which was requested on the 05/08/2013, and again to you on Hellopeter.com. Again, the Reference No is: 2493745, but you just don't get back to me with proof of Data used! The R189 monthly subscription was for a "closed" package, why was he cut off the first few months then with no access to the internet? I'll tell you why, because he had used up all his Data and had to wait until he was reloaded again!!! That proves his account was "closed", right?
