Hi,

On 29 June 2013, I checked the balance of my internet gigs. it was over 7 gigs left before the end of the month.
I downloaded some stuff on the same day which i kept accuracy records of the megs. the very next day at 11 am i got a message saying my gigs are used up but according to my calcualtion i should have been left with 2.6 gigs still.

Please explain this as i thinking 8ta is not keeping accurate/ faulty records or you say to people you have 10 gigs available every month but dont think that people actually check so you take gigs without people knowing???
