I logged into [URL Removed] and checked my balance on Self service login (my number is 0813164567). This was around 19h30 and the balance of my bundle was more than 8Gigs. When I went back to my browser less than 5 minutes later the page had updated and said only 2 Gigs. This is impossible that I can download 6 Gigs of data in 5 minutes.
I have previously had a similar problem with my data cap just vanishing with no real explanation from Telkom, actually the case is still open, but they have given me no feedback in months
