Incorrect/ correct info given by gent. Not sure

Hi
End of Sept 2013 i spoke to one of the agents, to find out when my internet contract is ending. I decided not to cancel when he informed me that there is another package availabel to me since i want to renew my contract, you pay R199 per month and get 20 gigs data a month. 10 gigs day and 10 gigs night surfer. I said yes im interested in this and he got my details and sent this to the renewal department. I have phoned again last Friday and once again, renwal team hasnt phoned me yet.
This past weekend I went to a 8ta store to get this process going, the lady told me there is no such deal as R199 for 20 gigs and i do not have ot sign a contract or contact anybody to continue the R199 for 10 gigs which I currently have, it will run month to month.
Looking at this, this is two different stories. Please advise on the correct info. I do not want a situation where i sit with no internet in the end as I still want to continue with 8ta internet
