I have a 3G data package with Autopage for 5 years. The MTN data coverage in Lonehill has been poor too nil in the past several months. Autopage was informed of this and they said, they will speak with MTN. I said that i already have and they looking into this issue for 3 months now. I then suggested to Autopage to provide a alternative 3G modem in the meantime as I'm unable to use my existing 3G modem due to no connectivity. The problem is I'm still paying for something that isn't working and Autopage says they cannot do anything about as its MTNs problem. However, Autopage still expects me to pay my monthly subscription for something thats not working and they cant see offering me an alternative internet connection. Of course i had some clever chap (team leader) in the call centre saying he would get back to me... I'm still waiting 7 business days later. Really... a company like Autopage??? This is ridiculous!!!
