Contract cancellation with me not being aware

I initually logged a query with Cell C due to the verbal contract done telephonically, where it was stated that i would recieve my 2gig every month for 2 yrs and that it would roll over the access gigs to the next month. After 7 months Cell C decided to compensate me with 4 gigs for 3 months (this was extra) and confirmed that i was given the wrong info with regards to the gigs rolling over. So the 4 gigs was put on to my account but the next week my contract was permantly cancelled. when i queried it and informed Cell C that i did not want the contract cancelled they informed me that they would get back to me. 2 days later i was contacted and informed that they would reimburse my contract payments and when i asked why and how the consultant said he dont know why. i have emailed Cell C 3 times logged several queries. called many times but no one is getting back to me. all i want is someone who can assist me. thats all and tell me what is going on and who cancell or gave the right of way to cancel this contract.
