BAD SERVICE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE

I TRIED TO QUERY MY BILL FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS OF WHICH I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR SERVICES THAT WAS INTENDED TO BE DISCONTINUED ON MY CELLPHONE CONTRACT.

I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE ON THIS MORNING AT 11:40 AND HAD TO SPEAK TO THREE DIFFERENT CONSULTANTS (1ST BUSI, 2ND KENNY, 3RD UNKNOWN) WHOM I HAD TO EXPLAIN MY QUERY TO ALL OVER AGAIN. BEING IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY MYSELF I FOUND THIS APPALING AND REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER I WAS TRANSFERRED BACK TO THE SWITCHBOARD. I STILL DONT HAVE MY QUERY RESOLVED.

WHAT IS FRUSTRATING IS THAT WHEN I QUERIED FROM SOMEONE WITHIN AUTOPAGE WHY THIS HAPPEND, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE MANAGEMENT (NAZEEM OMAR) AND OTHER ARE NOT AVAILABLE AS THEY ATTEND A MANAGEMENT MEETING ON MONDAYS. THIS TOTALLY IS MIND BLOWING THAT A COMPANY OF THIS SIZE DO NOT HAVE ANY MANAGEMENT AVAILABLE IN CASE OF A SERVICE COMPLAINT.

IF I HAD KNOWN I WOULD BE FACED WITH THIS UTTER NONSENSE I WOULD NOT HAVE RENEWED MY CONTRACT AT ALL.
