After non-compliance to cancel my cell phone contract with effect 31 December 2013 on 31 October and 30 November 2013, I still did not get a revised invoice/pro-forma invoice like I requested on 7/8 January 2014. According to the last agent it isn't possible. How pathetic! It is absolutely possible! Pro-forma invoices were supplied last year, why not now? I absolutely refuse to speak to any call centre agent again. I insist on escalating the query to management. According to my lawyer Autopage has to supply me with the proof and I don't have to speak to any agent again. He confirms that all correspondence may be in writing to [Email Removed] are welcome to contact him). I am not asking anything out of the ordinary. I'm only asking what is my right as a consumer. If the incorrect amount is deducted from my account on 1 February, it will boil down to and I will lay a charge at the police and my lawyer will take the matter further. Service at Autopage is an absolute disgrace!!! The file at my lawyer about all Autopage poor service will make a juicy story for Carte Blanche.
