I was advised by Autopage that I would receive a credit following services not requested appearing on my bill. I have not received this credit for a couple of months now and spoke to Violet in customer services who was to get back to me. Surprise, surprise no response. Today I was advised by Jeanetta to complain on hellopeter as she was unable to escalate my query to anyone other than accounts department who have been unable to assist for 4 months now. Pathetic customer service and terrible attitude once again from Autopage. They can't get a simple credit correct for 4 months now.
