Worst Service from a customer care service line

I experienced the worst service ever from Autopage's customer service at on 1 October 2013. She was rude, then refused to give me her name and hung up on me! Having someone like that in your customer service has just cost you a loyal customer. I have been with Autopage for over 10 years and was due an upgrade this month, but now plan to convert to as soon as my contract is up.
I just phoned to query a valid query about an extra partial charge I was charged on my last month's bill when I changed from itemised billing to "my account pro. It is an insignificant amount of R14 but it is the principal. This change I made just relates to method of billing and so don't understand why I was charged this extra amount. And no one told me I was going to be charged this.
I had already explained this issue to 2 other people on the same call so was VERY frustrated when she didn't want to listen and very rudely just said you can't get out of paying this. I then submitted this compliant to your so called "customer compliant line" via email but got no proper response. Surely in this day and age with such a competitive industry you can't afford to treat customers like this, especially loyal ones!
