24hr turnaround time? More like 3 days and waiting

Having been a loyal subscriber to Autopage for more that 15 years, I expected a lot better service regarding my query than I have received over the past 3 days.

I got an upgrade samsung galaxy s2 in August last year. Withing the first few months it had given me problems and shortly afterwards the handset had to be replaced. The past month has now seen the handset giving continual problems and I called the national call centre to explain my case on Friday morning 24May. The consultant was unable to resolve my issue so she submitted my query to higher management. I received a call back later that day from higher management who once again could not sort out my query and referred it to even higher management! Since then I haven't heard anything and I have called back twice to follow up on my case, both times the consultant has promised that higher management will be in contact with me shortly.

The contract is registered in our company's name and the user of the handset is departing to Europe within the next week. I have explained this to Autopage saying that we require a repaired or replacement ASAP especially considering its the 3rd problem with this upgrade. Ref NO.A1305243808
