I have asked Autopage on numerous occasions to remove a service on my contract which after 13 months still wasnt done and i have been paying for this monthly.i then received a call from an agent who offered me an upgrade on my contract. after asking repeatedly the TOTAL cost of the contract including the"extra" services, I noticed that i was billed incorrectly.after numerous calls to Autopage since the 28th/02/2013, to date no manager has contacted me.i keep speaking to call centre agents who are clueless on how to attend to a query. After holding for 36minutes to get a name of a manager on the 05/03 i still await a response to my query and for someone to just call me back to ackowledge that my query is being attended to.i will have better chances of getting through to the President of the country than actually speaking to a manager at Autopage. i am disgusted at their service and would gladly cancel this contract if Autopage wasnt so efficient in handing over accounts and its been 5 years and im still trying to resolve this with Autopage as well
