Worst Service EVER... Yet again

Today makes it 20 days that I have been without a phone. All because of the terrible service provided by Autopage. In January I renewed my cellphone contract through Deon getting an iphone 5. I simultaneously transferred the contract from a business's name (where I no longer work) to my own name.
On 13/09/2013 my phone was in a armed house. I went in to Autopage the following day to do a SIM swap, but was told I could not action it as I am not the rightful owner of the contract.
I notified Dion on Monday 16/09/2013. I was promised a replacement SIM would be delivered by Wednesday 18/09/2013.
I asked for the issue to be escalated and for a manger to call me, as besides for the inconvenience caused there is a billing issue where the company has been billed for my contract for the past 8 months.
I have communicated with Dion numerous times and I am now fed up. I have spent 3 weeks without a phone due to Autopage's incompetence. I have not been contacted by any management, and when I asked for feedback yesterday from Dion, he informed me that he has escalated the issue numerous times and that it is being ignored by his superiors.
I WANT ANSWERS! NOW!!!
