I had an MTN contract which is 24 months and have paid the 24 months through debit as agreed with Mtn and some few months back Mtn debited my accounts and I reversed the money and informed them that i paid off the contract but Im now receiving sms's and letters of demand. I have been struggling with this issue for months now and this also impacts negatively on my credit status.
