Please help! Don't know what is going on here!

I have been informed this morning that my loan application term is 36 months when I was under the impression it is 18 months. I would have never agreed on 36 months at that ridiculous interrest rate!!! I was tricked into this, I would have rather paid a higher amount for a shorter period of time then be taken in rear for 36 months!

Further for some reason last month you did not take the debit order from my account so I thought this loan was paid up. What a surprise when it was not and I have to find out that the term is 36 months.

To make it worse I have been paying it for 22 months and have paid 25, 355.12 but I have only paid R2000 towards capital! What is the insurance for, I don't need insurance from you! You are my money! I never agreed to any insurance amount to be added to your already ridiculous interrest rate!

I want out of this agreement yesterday already if this is how you are my money. So over an above the ridiculous 32% interest for 3 friggen years, which equal 96%, you charge me for other nonsense. None of these things where ever told to me when signing this contract!!! I WOULD HAVE NEVER AGREED TO THIS BLATANT IN THESE TERMS!!! EVER!!
