No 3g signal, no credit for four months

Bought a 3G device and contract from 8ta which worked perfectly for two months. After that I had no signal, during which time 8ta technicians came out to my house twice to assess the problem. I was then informed that my area did not have sufficient 3G signal and that towers would be erected in about four months. At this point four months had passed and I phoned and asked for my contract to be ended based on the fact that 8ta was not able to supply the service I was paying for, and to be credited for the time that I had paid but not been able to use my service. They agreed and informed that me that it would take about a month for the credit to be passed.

It has now been a further four months, and not only has the credit NOT been passed, I am being sent from person to person every time I phone to sort it out. Reference numbers don't help either as nobody that answers has any idea what's happening regardless of being given a reference number. 8ta's excuse is, that they pay a lot more money to THEIR service provider than what they charge me, and thus I would have received a lot more credit than what I am demanding. I don't suppose all of this should be a surprise, Telkom afterall...
