ABC bad customer service impacts negatively on me

I had an ABC account some years back and after realising that ABC works hand in hand with Edgars I paid off and closed the said account however since 2011 I have been receving sms's and letters of demands from their lawyers MBD INC. and this impacts badly on my credit status as a result of someone in ABC employment not doing their work properly and im paying dearly for that person's inefficiency.
