6 MONTHS AFTER MY CONTRACT WAS CXD I GET DEBITED!!

I got a MTN cellphone deal with real people in March 2013, 2 months down the line, the Nokia Asha 311 gave me endless problems. I returned it and advised Tracey Buimeister that i wanted to cancel the contract as i did not have a phone, Today, 6 months down the line i get debited R299.00 from real people. I have NO contract with them, NO cellphone yet i am debited, I want this debit order reversed, this is, How do you debit me after Tracey confirmed in writing and over a recorded line that the contract was cancelled. I will not be paying for something i don't have.. THIS IS CRAZY
