Cell C cover and Call recording

I wrote a complaint in April about Cell C removing my cover without my consent after i had migrated for straight up to top up, they got an incompetent agent to call me who didn't in any way resolve the matter. The unfortunate happened, my phone was after that and Cell C refused to replace my phone. Now i need my call recordings for that time so that my lawyers can deal with the matter, but Cell C is refusing to give them to me. They give me 1story after another. I am paying for something I do not have and will have to carry on paying for the next 16 months due to the negligence of Cell C staff. Almost all the call centre agents I speak to are useless, are not informed with their products, never sort my queries and never do do things right. it is so frustrating to have do deal with such incompetence on a daily basis and I am fad up with the service I am getting from Cell C. I need this to sorted out ASAP.
