ENOUGH! - I'm moving elsewhere!!!

I am frustrated and quite annoyed to try and deal with the incompetence and un-helpful people within MTN. I find this appalling!

I have been fighting this issue for months now, i have spent money and money when i haven't received service, my mtn sim card is not provisioned, although i have to do a sim swap, but before i can do a sim swap i must pay for my contract, although it should of been debited off my account, i went to the store to rectify this, and then i find out later they did nothing! i then get an email saying they are going to force-ably close my account if unpaid, and now that you have affected my credit record negatively, i NOW refuse to pay MTN, because i have paid for about 6 months now yet i cannot use my airtime because i refuse to pay for another sim card when this isn't my issue! Ive been turned away help within store, i find that im in an unfair situation as there is no one kind within this Organisation, i do not want this account any more, so please close it, using the unused airtime ive already paid for! because i refuse to pay more, i shall move my service elsewhere, you can contact me on 0710587853 Doug
