Vodacom deletes number & unwilling to re-activate

After being charged for data usage, I requested billing information with regard to the data usage because I never used my phone to browse the internet or downloads. I use either my laptop, Desktop or tablet (now connected to sim, but wifi from router).

Vodacom finally agreed to credit my account with with an amount of R282, which is not the total amount that I was billed for data usage. No my number that is my business ocntact number has been deleted and I have been trying to get that re-activated for more than 2 weeks. The contact centres refer you to 082 111 while they call centre send you to a centre. This is pathetic to say the least. This number is on contract and after Vodacom's issue with data I decided to cancel my contract and move to prepaid. That in itself proofed to be a mission. Now I keep phoning and getting transferred from one person to the next with no one knowing what to do and referring to another department. They refuse to put you on the line with a manager but also can't do anything and expect the issue will correct itself. This is just a brief description of my issue. I need that number re activated yesterday.
