MTN calls being charged from a wrong bill

Nashua offered me R200 anytime airtime, 200MB of data and 30 anytime free minutes mtn to mtn numbers. in July, it all worked as per agreement but in august, all calls I make are being charged from my R200 airtime including calls to mtn of which it becomes expensive. 'I've risen this issue with them via email and i actively communicated with Cesper Greenall but the problem was not solved. I also went to their branch at The Glen and nothing is happening yet. 'I'm concerned because this results to me being overcharged. What I require from nashua mobile is that they activate my 30 minutes mtn to mtn as per contract and ensure that the call charges of the mtn numbers that i have made within the allocated 30 free mtn minutes be charged accordingly and that the wrongly charged call bill be credited to my account. I am not willing to pay for what I did not contract fo
