Since calling in from a Vodacom number to 082 111 is free, It does not mean I have time to hold on for more the 15min. Hopefully this channel gets a quicker response out of you.
ref number: S3TST300Y4QT. I have logged this call on Saturday, to date no one has gotten back to me.
I have been slapped with a debit in excess of 8K for data on one of my data numbers for the period of Apr 2013

Please note this is totally unacceptable due to the following:
No warning sms to indicate out of bundle
The data stick is not used everyday.
If it is used it is used between 09:00 and 17:00
The computer it is used in is not configured for automatic update downloads.
It is used to check emails on an adhoc basis, no pictures, no videos or other data intensive usage.

I have a few numbers on my account, and others are used more intensely but never to such an exorbitant amount

This is now the second time in a 2 year period that I am experiencing billing issues, the last time I was being billed for a notebook of which the contract had long expired.

Can you investigate and rectify as a matter of urgency.
