BREACH OF CONTRACT

I wrote a report (a regional manager who just doesn't care) on 1 Augusts about the absolutely shocking service that I am getting from this branch (Clayton Peters and his "regional manager" Theo Albertus and his "superior" Belinda Ball wherever she is). I am feeling frustrated and my hands are cut off to do anything else. these people just keep on ignoring me! contract still has not been cancelled. No one gets back to me except to send me a cancellation form last week that tells me it will take another 20 days for the contract to be cancelled after the form has been signed. I have sent email after email to Clayton plus a sms today after phoning him and leaving a message, enquiring about the progress, asking for details of someone higher up that can assist me, but not one reply. Nothing. How does this company get away with this? is there absolutely NO ONE in MTN that can take charge of this and assist me? My son has been without data on his phone for almost 4 months now!
