AN AREA MANAGER WHO JUST DOESNT CARE

My son's contract was upgraded in April and he chose a BB Z10. From day one from upgrading weve had problems, the number was switched with someone else and he has not received one bit of date since April. After several visitis to mtn in Stellenbosch, I went into the tygervalley store 3 weeks ago and clayton and manager promised us it will be sorted out within a week. after two weeks nothing and I again went in last week Friday to cancel the contract. I also asked that an email was sent to the area manager mr Theo Albertus about this situation. Clayton said that the phone will be migrated to prepack within 24-48 working hours and then my so must just take it back to MTN and then we are relieved from MTN forever. but again, tomorrow will be a week again and still absolutely nothing. I emailed Clayton and Theo Albertus yesterday to check when this apparent migration will be done but still no word from them. I am furious, my son has to buy airtime everyday out of his own pocket! This is easily the worst service I've received from anyone and the mind boggles how this mr Albertus became a "manager". Absolutely a disgrace and I cannot wait to get this sorted out but how? by who?
