I received my R79 contract NOKIA 302 on 15 June. I was disappointed because the phone's battery needed to be charged every second day. I complained to the lady at the store and said I am willing to take another contract with a higher premium if can just cancel this R79 contract. She phoned the area manager and said the manager said It is not possible because the phone does not have technical problems. I was very upset I phoned the MTN Call centre, head office. And regional office in the 7 day period. The lady at the regional office said she has send emails to the area manger and the regional manager but they still did not contact me. I know that they CAN help me to change to another contract but I think every one I contacted dragged this situation to get pass the 7 day or 10 day money back. SWELLENDAM MTN STAFF are WONDERFUL. Funny enough me and my husband are having the same problem with the phones, he applied for the same contract just one day earlier than my contract and we are bought willing to go for higher premium contracts just to substitute the current contract of not yet 10 days. THIS IS REALLY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MTN' S. managers
NOT AYEBO!! Help!
