I wrote an email to Cell on 30 July 2013 asking them to cancel my contract which was due to end at the end of August. Giving them one months notice as per their stipulation. In this email i also requested the cancelation of my brothers contract. My details were on top of the email and my brothers at the bottom. My brother contract was cancelled and mine was not. In September my account should have been cancelled and no more deductions should have taken place on my account, however i was charged in September and October.

When I contacted Cell C via email and over the phone all i received was staff with bad attitudes and no willingness to assist. I wrote several email. i have all the correspondence on record where i request that the contract be cancelled and i receive a refund from them. I am still waiting to find out why the contract was not cancelled, when my initial request was send in July 3 months ago. My last response i received from Cell C was on 26 October and i was told that a consultant will get in contact with me within 2 working days... nothing yet and its been 5 working days.
