Telesales Person gave false information

Telkoms telesales person called me on my cell offering me a deal for R340 per month which included unlimited internet access and telephone call at any time but no cell calls would be charged extra for. Telkoms ref no is 700743 dated 3013/06/14. I am now getting accounts of between R900 and R1, 100 per month. I have been into Telkoms offices in Cape Gate where I have lodged numerous complaints and have called there client services from Cape Gate. I lady returned my call last week who said she would look into the matter but nothing has been resolved. This is the deal I was offered and this is the deal I want and agreed to.
