Lack of information from Telkom call agents!!!

Good day

I am very dissapointed in Telkoms bad service and Telkoms untrained call agents that do not provide the customer with the correct/detailed information. Had I been informed of ALL the correct information I would never have taken out a contract with Telkom. This has been a nightmare! I am needing to speak to someone from Telkom that can provide me with correct information and help me cancel my account. Very dissapointed that this shocking standard of service may come from a company like Telkom!
