Passing the buck is easier than accepting fault???

Yesterday our internet connectivity was off and i called our isp, axxess. They told me my service has not been throttled nor disconnected. They told me they can see on their side telkom is the problem. After altogether 6 calls, between telkom and axxess, i was told by axxess they will send me proof that the fault is on telkoms side. Axxess actually did tests to determine the problem. The only thing telkom did was *%&$@ their customers which they ALWAYS do. Telkom said its the isp fault.saying they have suspended my account. Then a different call centre told me i must call my isp and tell them to call telkom. After i got a mail from axxess with proof that the fault is on telkoms side i was told by telkom in a threatening manner about a charge of R245 if its not on their side. After they logged the fault telkom sent a sms today saying they sorted it out. SO WHY WAS THERE SO MUCH PASSING THE BUCK from their side? But come month end they want all their money even though their service is disrupted? So if telkom delivers so called world class service where is it? With such eastern cape level education? i think not.others can see their lines are at fault but not them? pathetic
