Appalling service received from MTN

Biggest mistake ever was to renew my contract with MTN for another 2 years. whatever happen to mystery shoppers. the service one gets when you walk into an MTN is store is beyond words. the impression you immediately get is that they are doing you a favour and you are there to waste their time. i was in the area and decided to go to the workshop store to get my upgrade as my previous phone had bombed out on me. firstly they didnt have stock of most of the phones. there was a sony promoter in store at the time that was demonstating the sony experia z so i had choosen that device based on the features n capabilities of the handset. as we all know sony is not a cheap phone and is built very strong and last longer than any other brand despite the price I decided it was the best phone to suit my needs after being told that the device was shatterproof and waterproof. i waited in store over 2 hours just for an ugrade. after 2 weekes the screen cracks in my pocket. ive been sent from store to store no one can help me. called sony even with them i get no joy.are we as consumers supposed to know which store is a mtn direct and not. all we hear is go back to the store you bought it from.
