After 3 days still without Internet, hopeless chaos

We are a small business depending completely on internet and mail traffic. We reported slow and interrupted data traffic on Monday May29. After the usual 3 useless phone calls to Telkom's "so-called" helpline with unskilled people on the phone and /or the phone line just being cut I finally managed to speak to a lady and I told her about the ADSL problem. She tested, then reset the ports, we had to switch modems off and on again. The result: We had no internet at all anymore. Great! Then endless phone calls followed to equally unskilled people on Telkoms so-called "helpline". Then 2 sms's followed the line had been fixed. I phoned again to learn the line had NOT bee fixed. Today, 2 days later, somebody phoned, the line had been fixed by technicians. I doubted and when I got back to office indeed the internet was still off! What an absolute nightmare to have to deal with the stupidity of Telkom! They call this preferential treatment of bussinesses, listen to 10217; "Telkom bussiness, the network that makes bussiness work". What a slap in the face of our bussiness suffering from Telkoms staff! Wait, Telkom, until there is competition, you will learn to work, promise!
