I have had 5 case numbers since July 10th. 10 phone calls, the last case number i got was 3080900392 on Friday 9 August.

I have had no feedback from any of the 5 ridiculous case numbers i have. a supervisor said she would call back and she did not. I speak to different people, always just pushing queries to the next person. It's the most unprofessional service i have received. First impression last, and my goodness i cannot wait for my 2 years to be done with you, it's been the most horrific experience (nightmare upon nightmare). I want my problem to be resolved by the end of this week, or i will take legal action!

and trust me i will get a robot to respond to this email.
