Refused to transfer me to the manage

I called MTN on 809 as I received my statement via email and did not receive the corresponding invoice. I requested the invoice to be emailed to me so I could check it. I was told that I was loaded on the system for post not email. I requested them to change it. They replied that they would change it for next month but that this month I would have to suffice with the post method. Knowing South Africa's postal service I then kindly requested the consultant to email me a copy. She replied that it would cost R21.50 to email it. I then asked why there is a feee attached and she replied it was for printing. I told her that when a file is emailed there are no printing costs. She replied there is nothing she can do. I then asked to speak to a manager and she refused to put me through to a manager.
I find it quite ironic that when a customer wants to settle his bill timeously and requests information to do so- he gets told "thanks but you'll pay for it "
