FNB VEHICLE FINANCE - INCOMPETANT AND USELESS!

I have applied for vehicle finance online at FNB. Glory Makube (Business Development Manager), replied that she would be handeling my application and I need to send the following requested documents to my credit (as I would think this means to my affordablity and clear record). Then it became impossible to get hold of Glory, but received an email after 11:00 saying "please be advise I am in training till 11:00 today). At almost 15:00, I have send an email to another employee at FNB asking what to do as it is impossible to get hold of Glory. Glory then once again requested a copy of my payslip. on email she replied "I have requested the invoice and will do contract once I receive invoice from the dealer" Now please correct me if I am stupid or uneducated this means that the financing has been APPROVED, isnt it??? On 07/05/2013, I received an email from Glory requesting my "CONTACT DETAILS". She then send an email saying the application has been declined!! Glory Makube and Tarryn Dunnett FNB are surely loosing clients if assisted by you. I do have all supported emails and all calls were recorded remember.
