Rude manager, Bad service, no stock

Ok so on the fist of August I called for the sony xperia z witch was advertised for R129 per month. First they told me it was an error so I told them it was not my error so i want it for that price. every time i call they cant give me an answer. Now I spoke to this rude manager that say I am rude for calling 3 times a day. I have to call everyday to get an answer. Ok so finnaly he said that i can get that phone for R129 pm but they are still waiting for the media department to sighn the papers or something but I must also know that they do not have any stock of the sony phones. What? waiting 2 weeks and still nothing. The manager then told me that he can not do everything in one night. He also states that i am rude and called him 3 times on sunday. Sorry i did not call this weekend because they told me the media department is closed on weekends and after all it is the media departmet i am waiting for. Get your facts right and offcourse I will get rude if nothing happens. I only started getting rude today like this morning with this one manager but i said that i am sorry and she said that she understands, But this male manager i just spoke to i am not sorry for he started first.
