Not getting invoice as requested

I booked a flight online with kulula and accidentally deleted my invoice received with the breakdown of the flight costs & vat etc. I need this info for VAT purposes and have requested the invoice department to reprint this document for me. I requested this via email [Email Removed] on 28 February 2013 already and still have not received anything. I got a replied email saying it might take a while??? but there is not even a contact number or person you can speak to. I cannot see what the holdup is, surely a company like kulula must have a decent invoice/accounts systems where these documents can be reprinted from?
