We visited the Hi-Fi Corporation in Tokai on Friday, 19 April and requested a quote to claim, from insurance, for a remote for our TV. We were told they would need to get this from their supplier and would email it before the end of business on that day. We did not receive any feedback, so my husband went back the following week to enquire and was again told they will email him. He then phoned 4 days later and they eventually sent him an email on 2 May with written text for the price after we requested a quote or proforma invoice. He immediately replied and said we need a quote or proforma invoice. I went there Friday, 10 May, after still not receiving the quote and asked to speak to Jessica or Alonda. One of them, with a casual top over her uniform, so I couldn't see a name badge, then finished her conversation in the back room - which I heard - came to the front after 5 minutes and asked what the issue was. I explained the whole situation and explained that it had been 3 weeks and they have not yet sent it. She assured me they would call me on Monday and email it to me. It is already Wednesday evening and no attempt had been made to contact me! NO customer service received!
