Lack of respect or morals

They called me regarding my delivery and asked for my id number i refused to give it over the phone they said its fine they will email me! a day later the still didnt email me i had to call again for them to tell me their system is down. i then asked if they could give me an estimate on the customs vat they said no i asked if i need to pay them a fee they said no! to my surprise they finally emailed me an invoice for vat R151.90 and also a R200.00 for a admin fee i called to ask why as previous they said i do not have to pay them.

then i email the place i order from they said i shouldnt be paying admin fee i emailed mpho to advise him of this and he replied being rude telling me they not doing the admin so how can they tell me.

forgetting i never selected skynet the company i ordered from did and they just supposed to deliver so what admin are they really doing?
