I am an online travel agency, looking for the best packages for my clients. I have clients that are interested in deep sea fishing. To get all my information regarding products, I send requests to the suppliers. Always asking for specials, how their booking and payment procedures work and their commission structure. Francois replied with the rates and as a mannered person will do, I replied with a thank you for the information email. The next morning I received an email from him with snotty comments that I don't understand the product, that it is only for the traveler with money. I must not put his product in the same category as to the link I have requested the information. I have requested the information via their website (from Facebook!)! I replied to say that I don't think he is the right supplier as I want to build a relationship with my suppliers to know their product before I recommend it to my clients. He replied back to say that it suites them as we (me) are unprofessional.
I have always requested information from suppliers on products that I don't have knowledge of, there is nothing wrong with it!! He does not even know our clients!
